Our Acrobatics and Flexibility training day will work through strength, stamina and flexibility whilst focusing on tumbling, balancing and skill work. Lisa will be running the session and is Acrobatic Arts, AcroTrix & Alixa flexibility certified and the training day aims to be a more of an intense day focused on developing and gaining/ trying new skills. This will be open to both beginner and competitive advanced pupils also. Students will be challenged to their own level. Please note we will be running a holiday camp alongside this meaning children can stay 9-3pm should they wish (9-10am and 2-3pm will be more fun activities).
