🎄The Starlets in Whoville — Christmas Show 2025 We’re so excited to invite all of our Starlets to take part in our magical Christmas Show: Starlets in Whoville! This will be a festive, fun-filled performance for all our students — the perfect way to end the year together and share the ha …morerd work from our dancers and acrobats from this term! Everyone that has received this email is welcome to partake in the show (including those that have just joined us this term). To book you must book on the link at the bottom of this email 🫶 🎭 Show Details 📅 Show Day: Saturday 20th December 2025 📍 Venue: Dovehouse Theatre, B92 7ER 🎟 Performances: * Tiny Tots Only Pre Performance: 1:00pm * Matinee: 2:00pm * Evening: 5:30pm 🕒 Arrival Times: Exact timings to be confirmed — please be prepared for children to stay all day. Tiny Tots will only be required for the pre showing and matinee performance. 🩰 Show Rehearsal 📅 Date: Tuesday 16th December 🕔 Time: 5:00–7:30pm 📍 Venue: St Peter’s School, B91 3NZ This rehearsal is for all students except Tiny Tots, who will not be required to attend. 💰 Show Fees Show Entrance Fee: * £28 per dancer * £16 for Tiny Tots This includes the 2.5 hour rehearsal, show day morning rehearsal and participation in the show. Booking & Payment Deadline 1st November. Please note if you can book on before then please do as it will help us get admin ready, payment doesn’t need to be paid until 1st November. Due to performance rights and costume hire we will not be able to accept anyone booking or paying after the deadline date. 👗 Costume Hire To keep costs down for our Christmas production, there will be one costume hire fee of £12 per child. Some dances will use “bring from home” costumes, and we’ll provide clear guidance for each class over the next two weeks. If your dancer takes part in multiple classes/ days of dancing you may need to hire more than one costume this will not go over £30 (per dancer), we’ll contact you individually if this applies by 1st November, if you don’t receive an email by this date please pay £12 as above. Please transfer your costume fee to the below account by 10th November, if it has not been transferred by this date it will be added onto your December fees with a £2.50 late fee. LS) 👶 Tiny Tots Our Tiny Tots will take part in the matinee performance only. They’ll also get their very own special pre-show performance for family and friends because of ticket availability in main show we will be charging a reduced cost for this so that extended friends/ family can just attend the pre performance (just tiny tots) if wanting, the main show will be ticketed separate. Two tickets will automatically be given free for tiny tots parents to attend the pre performance (if you have a main show ticket). We will email separately a link for the tiny tots pre performance tickets which are available to buy now (please note this link is different to our main link below- if you would like main show tickets you must book via the below link)— this is a wonderful opportunity to shine on stage in a smaller setting before the big show begins! 🌟 🎟️ Tickets VIP Tickets go on sale Friday 1st November at 9:00am, Standard Tickets go on sale Friday 1st November at 6pm— It is first come, first serve however in the event we sell out in the first 5 days (by 5th November) we may contact those with larger ticket bookings to buy some back to ensure every child has one show with audience members in so if booking over 3 tickets please do bare this in mind. You will only be contacted by 5th November after this date tickets are confirmed yours, this is so those wanting extra tickets can still book them together. Therefore YOU MUST book your tickets before 5th November after which no extra tickets will be provided for those not booked on. Parents do not need this ticket if they have purchased a below ticket) * VIP Ticket: £18 (includes front row seats, one performer rose and a show programme per booking) * Standard Ticket: £14 * Family Ticket (Admits 4): £54 💫 Parent Helpers If you have a valid DBS or have a chaperone license and would like to help backstage at one or both shows, please reply to this email with a photo of your current DBS certificate or chaperone license, and we’ll add you to our helper list. You obviously don’t need to book a ticket above if helping backstage. 🎁 Parent/Family Christmas Dance It’s back! Our Parent Dance was such a hit last year, and we can’t wait to see our Starlets’ parents/nominees performing again! Get your child’s nominated family member (one per family) ready and stretching — we’ll be sending out a dance video soon so you can learn the routine and join the fun on stage. The kids absolutely loved it last year! 🎄 How to Take Part 1. Confirm your child’s participation by booking on link below and paying the show fee (1st November deadline) 2.
